THE
IMPORTANCE OF CLEANING OF THE COLON
The
stressful rhythm of modern life makes life irregular, which is the cause of
accumulation of harmful waste in the organism. This has a negative influence on
tissue balance and hinders normal functioning of the body. It is therefore
necessary to remove this accumulated waste so as to maintain full
psycho-physical efficiency.
Ayurvita has
created the COLON SUPRA SYSTEM, which deeply purifies bodily processes.
Two preparations are used in this System to help remove impurities in the
digestive tract and tissues.

COLON SUPRA SYSTEM
The System for the
Colon cleansing
The box contains
2 jars with 30 capsules
The
system was formulated properly to depurate periodically a physiology.
In this system are used 2 preparation that eliminate the impurity that are present in
digestive tract and tissues.
Colon Supra Day (30 capsules):
favourably acts on the physiological function of digestion and helps
regulate the intestines.
Colon Supra Night (30 capsules):
favourably influences waste elimination.
The
preparations act synergistically, regulating colon activity.
For a good result the preparations should be taken for at least 15 days,
preferably at the change of the season.
Use:
Take 2 capsules of "Colon Supra Day" preparation after the lunch and 2
capsules of "Colon Supra Night" after the dinner.
Nutritional
directions:
In the case of excess of heat, follow a Pitta type diet.
Prefer sweet dry fruits

PURIFICATION OF THE
COLON
Not cleaning the
colon internally is the same as if all urban waste removal staff were on
strike. The colon is the human organism’s drainage system; but, if it is
allowed to stagnate, it will go rotten and will send putrefying material
into the blood stream, poisoning the brain and the nervous system,
making you irritable and mentally depressed, poisoning the heart until
you become weak and listless. Your breath begins to smell. By poisoning
the digestive system, you become disturbed and swollen; your skin
becomes flabby and opaque. In short, every organ becomes intoxicated,
you age prematurely, your joints become stiff and painful and a sense of
indolence takes over your mind and you therefore lose the joy of living.
If you eat processed, fried or overcooked food, white flour, refined
sugar and excess salt, your colon cannot really be efficient, even if it
is emptied two or three times a day. Instead of supplying the nerves,
muscles, cells and tissues with nutrients, these foods can actually
cause starvation of the colon. A “hungry” colon can also allow quite a
lot of faecal material to pass but it is not stable enough to complete
the last stages of digestion.
The human body must be fed to survive! The small
intestine produces a veil of mucus to protect itself from over-processed
foods, homogenised milk, chemical preservatives and other polluting
materials. After a short time, this veil of mucus can become thick and
hard like plastic! You can also spend a fortune in vitamins, herbs and
biological foods, but this too thick veil of mucus would impede their
absorption.

SELF-INTOXICATION
Self-intoxication
is a process by which the body “poisons itself” maintaining an authentic
“cesspool” of decomposing material inside its own colon. This internal
cesspool can contain a concentration of harmful bacteria as high as that
of the cesspool under your house. The waste that is liberated from
bacterial decomposition processes enters into the blood stream and is
transported throughout the body. In this way, each cell inside the body
is contaminated and this can cause many problems. Since
self-intoxication can weaken the whole system, it can be the
unrestrained cause of every kind of disturbance.
Up
CLEANSING OF THE COLON IS ALWAYS NECESSARY.
There are many
vegetarians, who believe that, not having eaten meat for many years,
their colon is relatively free from decomposing waste material. These
people should realise that any kind of food, including fruit, begins to
decompose if left in the body for a long time. The cause of food residue
retention inside the colon is the presence of mucus. Mucus produced
inside the colon dehydrates and is transformed into a viscous substance,
which tends to trap residues of all ingested food inside the colon. You
can eat all the fruit and vegetables you want but, if you also eat only
a small amount of dairy products, tofu, white flour products, or other
foods which contribute to the formation of mucus inside the body, the
accumulation of putrefying residues inside the colon will continue.
The
majority of disorders begins in the intestinal tract, spreads through
the blood to the skin and the lymphatic glands and eventually invades
the deeper tissues. The food inside the intestine, if not properly
digested, transforms itself into poison. This poison produces toxins
that worsen intestinal humours.
During the
digestion process, ingested food undergoes a series of transformations.
Firstly it is smelt, tasted and chewed. The second tasting stimulates
the digestive fluids in the mouth and stomach. The food is sent towards
the stomach and, if well chewed, it will be easier for the stomach to
mix the digestive fluids, liquids and foods together. Once softened and
divided into small particles, the semi-digested substances pass into the
small intestine. The duodenum, at the beginning of the small intestine,
is where the food is mixed with bile produced by the liver and
pancreatic secretions. Next the food is transferred towards the colon
where digestion is completed and it is exactly here that the true value
of the food, like vitamins and nutritive elements, is almost totally
absorbed, as highlighted in Ayurveda. The colon forms faeces and absorbs
the water from the digested food. This also procures nutriment for the
bacteria that perform a beneficial role in that they are able to
synthesise important vitamins and absorb nutritive elements. Normal
faeces pass through the colon and should look like a mature banana.
If the mass
of undigested material accumulates, it begins to pass through the
intestinal walls into the blood stream. The blood flow therefore
transports the decomposed and fermented toxins throughout the body. The
immunity system is forced to work overtime to neutralise these toxins,
which accumulate in the body’s weakest points. The liver and kidneys
also work at full pace to filter the ever-increasing level of toxins
coming from the intestine. When the colon is completely covered with
undigested food, even the “good” bacteria reduce their capacity to
synthesise vitamins and a state of deficiency arises.

DAMAGES
CONCERNING THE THREE DOSHA.
The
accumulation of toxins in the colon will damage Vata while, when the
toxins accumulate in the small intestine, Pitta will suffer.
Accumulation of toxins in the stomach will damage Kapha and each of
these imbalances can be transported by the blood and damage the other
humours. This toxin flow in the body will damage Prana or Vata.
For all these reasons, Ayurveda recommends the regular intake of
products that improve the quality of digestive processes and the
metabolism in general. A more efficient metabolism makes it possible to
burn waste naturally before it begins migrating through the body. The
metabolic heat in
Ayurveda is called Agni. The efficiency of Agni guarantees
health, well-being and a long life, as affirmed by the ancient Ayurvedic
writings.
