Dinacharya - Daily routine

Morning:

 -  Get up early in the morning
 -  Drink a glass of natural water
 -  Evacuate intestine and bladder
 -  Do exersases at the 50% of their capacity*
 -  Wash your teeth; clean tongue
 -  Massage your body with oil
 -  Shave
 -  Do a gargling with oil
 -  Take a shower or a bath
 -  Do a meditation
 -  Wear clean and comfortable clothes, suitable to the
    season and the activity
 -  Have a light breakfast (optional)
 -  Work or study

Afternoon:

 - Lunch: A diet balanced in harmony with your corporeal structure  
  
and with season
 - Take a break after lunch
 - Work or study
 - Do meditation  

Evening:

 - Dinner: A diet balanced in harmony with your corporeal structure  
  
and with the season
 - Have a 10 - 15 minute brief walk
 - Do a pleasant and relaxing activity
 - Go early to bed (around 10PM  o'clock)

 * The 50% capacity of a physical exercise is reached approximately when the breath become troubled and the sweat starts
