To re-create the balance through the senses

The saying “you are what you eat” can be widespread and including all sense activities. Every experience that we have becomes part of ourselves, just like food. Mind “digests” and interprets everything that absorbs.

Sensorial impressions can be healthy or stressful.

Consider these examples drew from daily life:
-          the soothing sound of a mother’s lullaby
-          the relaxing touch of a hot shower
-          the unbelievable spectacle of a beautiful sunset
-          the satisfaction to drink a sweat and fresh beverage in a summer war

afternoon
-
the mouth water which gives your favourite food

The senses form an ideal canal to re-create physiology balance. Through sense stimulation, by using aromas, massages, music and flavours, is possible utilizing  our own senses to improve our own well-being.
These aromas are personalized to adapt themselves to individual needs and to different constitutions. For example, the aromatic oils of Ayurveda are divided in three different formulations to balance Vata, Pitta and Kapha.

To spread an essential aromatic oil in the environment or to add a particular seasoning to food can seem simple actions.
However, according to Ayurveda these actions help to re-create well-being even in the deepest levels of mind ad body, where usually there is the lock of balance seed. By taking again mind and body, they facilitate the natural discharge of the interior communication in its totality.
